Dr. Khan Siddiqui is a physician-entrepreneur, technologist, and radiologist at the forefront of the medical AI revolution. As CEO and Co-Founder of HOPPR, he leads the development of advanced multimodal foundation models designed to democratize AI training and accelerate medical imaging development for healthcare systems worldwide.
He previously served as Chief Medical Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Hyperfine, where he helped take the company public and deploy Swoop® — the world's first FDA-cleared, portable bedside MRI system. In 2012 he founded higi, a consumer health network of thousands of biometric screening kiosks across North American pharmacies, culminating in a multi-billion-dollar acquisition. Earlier, as a principal program manager and AI architect at Microsoft, he designed the deep-learning image infrastructure used to train the Xbox Kinect.
A recognized pioneer in imaging informatics, Dr. Siddiqui received the 2025 Imaging Informatics Innovator Award from the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) and holds dozens of patents across medical image processing, machine learning, and healthcare analytics.
