Group Norms and Values

  1. 1. Purpose-Driven

The group is dedicated to improving healthcare and fostering innovation. Please keep all discussions focused on these topics.

  2. 2. Respectful Communication

Respect everyone's opinions, even if you disagree. Engage in healthy, constructive discussions rather than arguments.

Personal attacks, offensive language, or disrespectful comments will not be tolerated.

  3. 3. No Politics or Divisive Topics

Political or controversial discussions unrelated to healthcare and innovation are not allowed. Let's keep the focus on building ideas, not debates.

  4. 4. Collaboration Over Competition

Share ideas, resources, and insights openly. This is a space for collaboration, not competition.

  5. 5. Fact-Based Discussions

Whenever possible, base discussions on data, research, and evidence. Avoid spreading rumors, unverified information, or misinformation.

  6. 6. Constructive Feedback

Provide feedback that is constructive and aimed at improving ideas, not criticizing people.

  7. 7. Inclusivity and Diversity

Respect the diversity of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives in the group. Diversity fuels innovation.

  8. 8. Privacy and Confidentiality

Do not share personal or sensitive information about group members or discussions outside the group without permission.

  9. 9. No Self-Promotion

Avoid excessive self-promotion or spamming. If you want to share a project, make sure it aligns with the group's purpose and adds value to the community.

  10. 10. Report Issues Constructively

If you see a violation of the norms, report it privately to the admin(s) instead of addressing it publicly in the group.

Community Expectations

  • Engagement: Participate actively and share insights that contribute to meaningful discussions.
  • Kindness: Assume good intentions and approach disagreements with an open mind.
  • Accountability: Follow through on commitments if collaborating with others in the group.

Admin Responsibilities

Admins will ensure the group stays true to its purpose, mediate when necessary, and remove members who consistently violate the norms.
