PINK! Coach is a digital application that is used to improve health-related quality of life and health literacy and to alleviate the psychological, psychosomatic and somatic consequences of breast cancer. In order to achieve a long-term, sustained improvement in quality of life and health, PINK! Coach aims to gradually but permanently change the health-related behavior of patients. PINK! Coach supports breast cancer patients in changing their lifestyle towards more exercise, healthier nutrition and mindfulness in accordance with the current guideline recommendations. Via coaching modules, patients receive pseudo-individualized information, practical tips, instructions and exercises in the areas of exercise, nutrition and mental health. PINK! Coach addresses positive coping strategies and promotes positive, competent and confident handling of the suddenly changed life situation. With the help of a chatbot, patients can also ask questions about symptoms and side effects and receive relevant information and tips for self-help (home remedies and behavior) with the aim of improving side effects. PINK! Coach is a therapy-accompanying digital solution for breast cancer patients from the time of diagnosis to the last follow-up care or even beyond.
