Our Funds have raised in excess of $13M for real estate development projects in Austin, TX in the past 2 years with plans to raise $25M in the next year.
I am concurrently serving as the Acquisitions Director and co-founder of two private equity funds. Bullseye Capital Real Property Opportunity Fund is a distressed asset opportunity fund with a national footprint that operates with a long and short hedge using both development projects and wholesaling. Gentry Lending Group is a new "accredited crowdfunding" fund operating under 506(c) for hard money projects in central TX. We also have many real estate developments in east Austin and have started a new funding platform called RealStarter to capitalize on the new crowdfunding movement.
I am a thought leader on crowdfunding and frequently blog about timely topics in the industry in various media channels. I have also served as a panelist on crowdfunding discussions nationwide from the newly-formed associations and conferences.
A small group and I have also formed the Wealth Investment Network (WIN) that meets monthly to cross-pollinate real estate and venture accredited investors and discuss topics common to both industries. We have guest speakers from across the country to share ideas on capital formation, real estate, and entrepreneurship.
