He began programming at age 9 and started his first business at age 14. At age 16 he co-founded a record label UHM records. At age 19 he helped create Friends for Families --a mental health respite care company. More recently he founded DKW Technologies which was sold to later create DKW-Technik.Mr. Ketter states, "I have created software and used my knack for logical analysis to help countless small and large companies streamline, expand and innovate. When Dominion Trading needed software to automate their energy trading activities, I made it happen.
