I was enrolled in pre-professional studies in medicine and engineering with the intent of working in the field of bio-med engineering. Unfortunately I was injured on duty with the army and was unable to continue. I have been designing and building things since I was a kid. Some were good ideas, some were not but all were motivated by two sayings, "There has to be something better than this" and "How hard could it be ?" I have won design awards for various projects. One was for a small aircraft design awarded by a aeronautics engineering design study group. The prosthetic project that I am concentrating on now I have won three awards at time of writing this. One was from NASA in medicine. Another was from Design World. And the third was from a group of design and engineering companies.
