Hello! I had an amazing Emirates Airlines HEL Terminal experience.Emirates' check-in desks were staffed and operated effectively, and the terminal was pristine and simple to use. The airport atmosphere was orderly and peaceful, and security proceeded quickly. The Emirates staff was particularly welcoming and cheerfully offered assistance. The process went quite smoothly, and it was easy to locate the boarding gate. I felt valued as a passenger and well-cared for during the whole Emirates pre-flight experience at HEL. Excellent ground and aviation service makes me want to travel Emirates from Helsinki again.
