I am a Senior Executive, Entrepreneur and Angel Investor specialised in Global and Fast Growth Strategy, with almost a decade of experience in Tech Business.

My professional goal is to take part in projects in which I can develop what I consider my best quality: create a big vision and design the strategy to make it happen. I consider myself an all rounder, with vision and analytic view and, overall, a result oriented person. Flexible and efficient, I have a proven track record of identifying opportunities and developing new business with a global vision. Capable of thinking outside of the box, and of foreseeing the long­ term impact of things. I think that problems don’t exist, they are mere setbacks, because there is always a creative solution to reduce/neutralize the potential impact of any issue.

I've recently co-founded B-wom to change self-care for women. Prior to that, together with the entrepreneurial team, I lead Abiquo, which I joined in 2007 as shareholder (I've been Interim CEO, VP Operations and CFO). Abiquo raised more than $28M in VC and established operations in US, UK & Spain. I've been Board Director at the Holding Company of Abiquo in USA.

Used to being on both sides of the table, I've invested on more than 8 tech startups through Paocapital, and I am/have been Board Director or member of the advisory Board in some promising startups such as Ducksboard (acquired by New Relic) or Marfeel, among others. I am mentor at Wayra (Telefonica’s accelerator program), Barcelona Mentoring Program, StartupBootCamp Internet of Things & Data (SBC IoT & Data), Menorca Millennials, and Conector. I am member of the Board at ESADE Alumni Entrepreneurship and at the Board at Circulo Ecuestre, where previously I had been Young President on 2009.

I have also founded OneDreamClub (1DC) to help executive women to reach their professional goal and member of the board on different initiatives that uplift the benefits of diversity (both, men & women) on boards.
