Dr. Orlova built and operationalized a vascular surgery platform from zero infrastructure within a Florida Cardiology Group. The resulting vascular platform generated $1.23M–$1.33M in CPT-based modeled practice revenue within 8 months, including ~$612K from venous procedures alone, with 483 patients evaluated, 869 ultrasounds performed, and 213 procedures completed. Measurement period: Jul 2025–Feb 2026 (first 8 months post-launch). Referral pathways were standardized across ~30 cardiology providers, creating a repeatable clinical acquisition model. This operating blueprint spans screening, diagnostics, intervention, and longitudinal follow-up and now forms the basis for VenaNet’s protocol-driven outpatient model. That blueprint also extends beyond cardiology into primary care, OB/GYN, wound care, dermatology/aesthetics, and urgent care, supporting a diversified specialty referral ecosystem.
