I've been involved with higher-ed administration for over 20 years because I believe in the transformative power of education for our students, our communities, our nations, and our world.
I work on design and management of curricular and co-curricular programs that build connections among students' many learning experiences, leading them to explore and find meaning and purpose in their work. I specialize in program management, cross-campus collaboration, program evaluation, design and planning.
I have been building bridges between people throughout my career, in alumni relations, board and volunteer management, fund raising, mentoring students, servant networking, parent programming, and community partnership program startup and management.
I'm an active listener, a communicator, a project and people manager. Stewarding relationships and building bridges between people, developing student learning, and advancing the vision and goals of a project, are what I love, and what I do best.
