In 2012 he joined a startup in NYC that is pioneering a new approach to healthy behavior change by combining social networks, financial incentives and gamification.

Matt has a working understanding of cash flow gained from 8 years in startup environments. His disciplined project management skills were established over 4 years in management consulting after which he obtained an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Matt has a strong comprehension of information technology gained from a B.S. in systems engineering.
