While serving in the armed forces I was put under extreme stress, to perform tasks that could mean accomplishing a mission or failing a mission which could lead to the loss of other service men and women’s lives. I pride myself on having the ability to analyze a problem and create solutions that lead to success.

I am a natural born leader. This gave me the ability to create, manage, train, and groom others around me to be leaders as well. I am a firm believer and execut extreme ownership. My leadership style and ability made me a trusted leader to my subordinates and leaders alike.

My training and experience while serving the United States Army has given me laser focus and the following skills like: - Conflict Resolution - Critical thinking - Problem analysis - Resolustion - Program creation and implementation - Supervisory and management - As well as many other invaluable skills But most importantly it made me a loyal, mission first thinker and developer.
