Nish Parikh is the founder of Rangam Consultants, a rapidly growing global staffing company and a CEO of WebTeam Corporation, a developer of innovative solutions for special needs and winner of Verizon’s half-a-million dollars Powerful Answers Award for innovation in autism management.
Nish has been working with advocacy groups, special education technologists, legislators, pediatric psychologists, ABA therapists and other best minds in child development, to developed cutting-edge mobile applications that have over 1.5MM downloads on top digital distribution platforms, delivering 5,000 sessions a day to 30,000 individuals – effectively the equivalent of 35 teaching assistants.
Nish co-founded and is the chairman of Rangam Consultants Inc., a company serving the human resources needs of Fortune 500 companies in the US, Canada, the UK and India. Rangam's subsidiary Rangam InfoTech Pvt. Ltd established by Nish in 2005 has been serving customers for staffing and mobile application development in India and United States.
He has built platforms like www.TheSpectrumCareers.com - an employment portal in partnership with Autism Speaks, ColorsKit - comprehensive autism management system for schools and parents; and Jannya (www.Jannya.com) - smart community for new parents. He is now building HEKXO, a wearable technology for learning and working, and Colors Academy, a comprehensive special education outlets on a global scale.
