This is MeAbout
Started first business in 1983 in the middle of an MD-PhD program automating laboratories with new technology made possible with the introduction of microprocessors and the PC. I had extensive experience in digital data capture and analysis working in the lab on an experimental flow cytometer. I was a pioneer with new technology applications and was able to support new developments for customers. After graduation from medical school I had over a dozen employees, expanded and won a $2.5Million product process reengineering project with Gould's Pumps. I also have been involved in intellectual property development and continue to innovate as I help small businesses grow.
My own entrepreneurial experience has grown by working with so many great startups in my consulting practice and playing a role along side the founders.I transfer my knowledge to the new organization and automate process and procedures until I can manage their systems remotely while they focus on their business.
In the fall of 2013 I attended the FutureMed 2013 conference (now called Exponential Medicine Conference) where I decided to try to find a way to return to the future of medicine as my job. In the spring of 2014 my dreams became my passion with a new startup after completing the Harvardx course BUS5.1x "Innovation in Health Care" (private intensive course where our team finished 2nd out of 100 teams). The product of this course was a business plan to improve healthcare by "doing good and doing well". I am excited about the future and look forward to connecting with others equipped to tackle some of these difficult problems.
As the founder of Harmonigenic Corporation I am proud to be partnering with the University of Rochester working to commercialize the discovery that was the focus of our award winning business plan.
