Responsibilities All phases of running a company: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Scheduling and ordering of products. Customer Service, Public Relations, Training. Sales to Insurance companies, Dealerships, Body Shops. Working with suppliers to ensure the best products and pricing. Involvement in Community projects. Increase revenues by providing superior service and workmanship. Exceptional Customer Service. I am the former owner of A- Rite Glass in Ft. Myers, Fl and All About Glass in KY. I served as treasurer for the Ohio Glass Association. I was the co-owner of one of seven locations with Bernard Fassler, Sr. (former owner & family of Andy's Glass). I was the only one that did not file bankruptcy. I sold the location and returned to Kentucky to open All About Glass. I trained two persons in this industry who are now owners of their own glass company's. One of them, A-Rite Glass. Accomplishments: This company was feature on the cover of the National Glass Magazine with a featured article. I served as treasurer of the Ohio Glass Association. Leadership, Sales, Training, Accounting and office administrative duties. Customer service and collections. Integrity and honesty. Ethics. Relocation of business. I served on the boards of Northern Kentucky Mental Health Association, KYCAN,Kentucky's Consumer Advocate Network & Protection & Advocacy, Advisory Board Chair, 2006.

I am a published author in the Northern Kentucky Encyclopedia, authoring the histories of the DAR, Mental Health Association of N. KY, Recovery Network, Women's Crisis Center, Protection and Advocacy, (KYCAN) Kentucky Consumer Advocate Network and New Perceptions. I have completed Peer Specialist training and certification through the state of Kentucky and Leadership Academy, Lamplighter's training program, completed Foster Care Review Board Training and served as Chair of Kenton County.
