I had a fantastic experience in the Delta Airlines Amsterdam Office recently on a trip with two of my best friends. We were getting a little anxious about our flight to New York later as we had a couple of problems making the bookings, but the office staff did an excellent job to transform our situation. As soon as we entered, we were received with real smiles and a ready-to-help attitude. The lady who assisted us (I only wish I had remembered her name!) was absolutely patient, professional, and on-the-ball. Not only did she correct our booking mistake quickly, but also ensured that we were seated together—which made our long-haul flight much more comfortable. The office itself was conveniently located, clean, and organized, and the staff was multilingual, which was a major plus since my friends are not native English speakers. I can't emphasize enough how comforting it was to work with a smiling face and genuine human assistance rather than going through things online. A huge thumbs-up to Amsterdam Delta staff. You made our travel experience hassle-free and enjoyable!
