Mr. Graham has participated in over $500 million of transactions including, mergers and acquisitions, LBO’s, debt and equity private placements, restructurings and turnarounds. During his career in the private and public equity investment business, Mr. Graham has had direct investment responsibility on over $90 million and has had senior level operational responsibility at four companies held as portfolio investments.
