Yossi Mystel is the founder and president of Aperion Care, a company that owns nursing homes across Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. Previously to becoming the chairman of Aperion Care, in 2006, he founded YAM Management, through which he established 24 nursing homes across Illinois, Indiana, and Texas. Mystel was responsible for the overall management of the company, which involved managing compliance and finance, including negotiations with banks and lenders. Within five years, Yossi successfully increased company’s bottom-line profits by 25 percent. Yossi Mystel has over two decades of experience in residential administration. He obtained this experience firstly by working at Brightview Care Center in Chicago as an assistant administrator.
