We have developed a tool that places staff willing to change to potential employers. This is done using an algorithm. Employers no longer have to actively place a job advertisement, but can instead access contacts that meet your requirements. In this way, we give employers the opportunity to actively apply to employees. We are currently in the pilot phase. Nurses can register and tell us what they want.
