Moodhouse is a mission based tech company, committed to supporting the mental and emotional well-being of children. Our team is made up of innovators, entrepreneurs and registered therapists. We've created a safe digital space where children can talk about and work through difficult feelings such as anger, fear or sadness. We host group talk therapy sessions for kids and teens on our digital platform. We have also created a library of 200+ audio children's stories and therapeutic exercises to help build a mental health routine and increase self-awareness, resilience, mindfulness for life. We've also designed a curriculum to support schools and educators with everything they need to bring social-emotional learning to the classroom. Classroom visuals, resources, and activities to support and build emotional regulation strategies.
