Presaj is a cloud-based risk assessment system composed of modules for high-impact surgical/medical service lines (e.g., coronary artery bypass, renal failure). For each service line, a Presaj team visits the customer facility and creates process maps of each care setting (e.g., operating room, inpatient unit) using Presaj templates generated for that service line at other facilities—these maps identify the specific steps in the service line’s clinical workflow which contain risk at the customer facility.
