Stepathlon is a 12-month employee wellness program, which includes a global 75 Day Race around a ‘virtual world’ which helps employees from organisations of all sizes, across all industries and countries lead healthier, happier and more productive lives. It’s global, mass participation format motivates the everyday athlete to take 10,000 steps a day, as recommended by global health authorities. Our aim is to move the nation to a healthier life by breaking the cycle of sedentary behaviour and helping people understand and manage their health and wellbeing, and by rewarding them for achieving their health goals.
