YODD — Your Online Doctor Diagnostics is developing a low-cost, modular at-home diagnostic device that makes telehealth visits more clinically useful by bringing exam-room data into the patient’s home. Today, many virtual visits are limited to video and patient-reported symptoms. Without objective data — such as ear/throat visuals, heart and lung sounds, temperature, oxygen saturation, (ECG & blood pressure for additional cost) — clinicians often have to send patients to urgent care, the emergency room, or an in-person follow-up visit simply to complete the exam. YODD addresses this gap by enabling patients, caregivers, family members, or home-health staff to capture and transmit clinical data during a virtual visit, giving providers a more complete picture and helping more care happen safely at home.
