As a 360VC Senior Fellow, I would help healthcare startups navigate the full journey from innovation to commercialization—particularly founders building in digital health, AI, healthcare data, and emerging technologies. Drawing on my experience building and scaling Patientory, I can support founders with healthcare go-to-market strategy, fundraising, payer and provider partnerships, regulatory and reimbursement pathways, product positioning, and enterprise sales. I am especially interested in helping founders understand how to move beyond a promising technology or pilot and build a solution that health systems, payers, employers, and patients will actually adopt and pay for. I would also leverage my network across healthcare, technology, venture capital, and government programs to make strategic introductions and help founders identify opportunities for pilots, partnerships, capital, and market expansion. Most importantly, I want to serve as a practical founder-to-founder resource—sharing lessons from building in a highly regulated industry and helping the next generation of healthcare entrepreneurs turn meaningful innovations into scalable companies that improve patient outcomes.

Organizations like 360VC can play a critical role in helping healthcare startups bridge the gap between innovation, investment, and commercialization. Beyond providing capital, startups need access to the right healthcare ecosystem—including payers, providers, employers, pharmaceutical companies, technology partners, and experienced operators. 360VC can create significant value by facilitating strategic introductions, helping founders secure pilots and enterprise customers, providing mentorship from leaders who understand healthcare reimbursement and regulation, and supporting founders in developing sustainable go-to-market strategies. For healthcare startups specifically, access to real-world validation is essential. Creating structured pathways for startups to test solutions with health systems and payers, demonstrate measurable clinical and financial outcomes, and convert successful pilots into commercial contracts can substantially accelerate growth. 360VC can also help founders become investment-ready by providing guidance on fundraising, business models, enterprise sales, reimbursement, regulatory strategy, and partnerships. Ultimately, the greatest value is building an ecosystem where capital, customers, expertise, and innovation come together to help promising healthcare technologies reach patients and scale.

One of my most significant healthcare startup successes has been founding and scaling Patientory, an AI-powered digital health company focused on empowering individuals to access, understand, and securely manage their health data. As Founder and CEO, I have led the company from concept through product development, fundraising, commercialization, and international expansion, raising more than $1.5 million in early-stage equity funding and approximately $7 million for the broader token ecosystem. I have helped build strategic relationships across payers, providers, employers, pharmaceutical companies, and technology organizations while navigating healthcare interoperability, regulatory requirements, enterprise sales, and go-to-market strategy. Through this experience, I have gained firsthand knowledge of what healthcare founders need to move from an innovative idea to a scalable, commercially viable company, and I look forward to applying those lessons and relationships to support 360VC portfolio founders.
