Nandini Yadav, MD is a physician-founder who builds and runs clinical operations for healthcare startups. She is Founder and CEO of SuperLife Clinic, a direct-care longevity practice she launched in March 2025. She served as Medical Director and clinician at Modern Age and Next Health, two of the most recognized longevity startups in the country. She also serves as Medical Director at DirectShifts, overseeing clinical quality across a national physician network. Trained at Johns Hopkins and Memorial Sloan Kettering, she is board certified in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine and licensed in all 50 states. She advises health tech founders on building the clinical engine of their business, and stays involved as it scales.
