I led Mount Sinai's Consumer Digital Innovations team, a 27-person team that operated as a start-up within the health system. We build and implemented a custom patient-engagement platform that was used by departments from Quality and Transitions of Care to on-site health centers operated by Mount Sinai at the offices of banks and law firms. I spearheaded efforts to scale the offering and professionalize the ways in which we evaluated potential implementations, rolled out our solution, and supported our clients.
