About
I am a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician with extensive experience in clinical leadership, healthcare operations, and clinical technology. In addition to my clinical practice, I advise healthcare technology companies and AI organizations on clinical AI evaluation, product strategy, and real-world implementation. My recent work includes leading multisite clinical AI implementations and evaluating large language models across clinical reasoning and medical workflows. I also hold advanced certifications in digital health, value-based care, patient safety, and quality improvement.
Roles
Mentor
Zachary is an approved MedStartr Mentor.
I’d like to work directly with founders to help translate promising healthcare ideas into products that work in real clinical environments. I can bring a practicing physician and former medical director’s perspective to clinical strategy, workflow design, physician adoption, product validation, and implementation. I’m particularly interested in clinical AI and digital health, and enjoy helping founders identify practical barriers, challenge assumptions, and refine products around the needs of clinicians and patients.

Up to 2 hours of consultation on clinical product feedback, workflow and adoption assessment, clinical AI evaluation, and early-stage founder advising.
