With actio’s app, users have access to coaches, live classes, training plans and a community of other aspiring self-optimisers. Classes vary from cardio fitness to ‘happiness journaling’, and each one is about 15 minutes on average — short enough to fit in almost any schedule. Founded in 2019 and then launched in December, the service is based on a specially developed VoIP call software that connects users with real coaches worldwide and brings them together in group calls. Instead of a push notification, participants receive a call before the course begins.
