It gives patients insights about the correlation between their emotions, their thoughts, their actions and the underlying circumstances. The app allows patients to track their patterns anywhere, at any time, intuitively and completely discreet into their mobile phone. The recorded data is automatically sent to the patient’s therapist, in order to prepare the therapy sessions.
