CareHires was born from the growing frustration experienced by care homes towards outdated recruitment processes within the care industry. When additional staffing is required, high agency fees in addition to sourcing local workers are problems commonly faced day to day, by care home managers and owners.This growing problem has been an issue for Care Hires’ team for many, many years. We decided, there had to be another way. Care Hires was first launched December 2019, connecting care workers with local care jobs and no hidden agency fees. under the on demand model where care workers can directly join Care Hires and get shifts through the platform on demand. After couple of business model revisions and as a result of 18-month research and development process set on revolutionising the industry. Care Hires was launched to the wider public March 2020 with the neutral vendor solution, and through this 12 month period, we refined and developed our platform based on Care Home feedback.
