It integrates data from the CORE 500™ Digital Stethoscope, patient-reported symptoms via the DIGITIVA Mobile App, and connected medical devices such as Bluetooth-enabled weight scales and blood pressure monitors. The system generates a Remote Monitoring Report to help healthcare providers track cardiac health and heart failure progression between visits, enabling earlier intervention and reducing hospitalizations.
