The PROCION app aims to improve the safety of oncology patients and optimize communication between patient and doctor. The PROCION app, developed to support oncology treatment, focuses on monitoring adverse effects of pharmacotherapy to quickly detect potential toxicity risks. Its main goal is to improve treatment outcomes and patient safety, which is also expected to contribute to lower therapy costs and Real World Data collection. The application is tailored to the Polish healthcare system, integrates with local treatment protocols and enables real-time data collection, resulting in increased treatment efficiency. With PROCION, patients are monitored for adverse reactions, and if risks are detected, the app immediately informs them to contact the center. Doctors have access to their patients' data, making it easier to track their health and quality of life. The project is implemented in cooperation with the Polish Society of Clinical Oncology, which guarantees its reliability and compliance with medical standards
