We launched on World Mental Health Day in 2023 to show our dedication to uplifting the quality of mental health care available to Sri Lankans, both locally and abroad. Our platform provides a secure and accessible space for anyone seeking mental health services. We offer video-based counseling sessions that you can access from anywhere, at any time. In addition to our primary service of connecting you with qualified therapists, your Happy Mind account also gives you access to a community of over 5,000 mental health advocates. You also get access to free yoga classes, mental health webinars and workshops, and community events.
