After having used insulin that had been stored at the wrong temperature ourselves and hearing stories from others with similar cases, we decided to develop the InsulinSaver temperature sensor. We wanted a product that was reliable and that worked on its own, without wires or apps. Since insulin does not change color, shape or consistency if it has been exposed to a temperature that is too high or too low, we wanted a product that did. The InsulinSaver flashes red or blue if it has been too hot or too cold, so you can feel confident about how you store your insulin.
