The numbers are hidden so it doesn't cause stress. Just step on it for 3 seconds every day after your bath and your weight changes will be recorded on your smartphone. Unlike typical smartphone-linked scales, it connects to Wi-Fi so there's no need to connect to Bluetooth every time. It's USB charging so no batteries are needed and it can be used for six months on a full charge.
