Matilda Health is a digital health company that offers a comprehensive, evidence-based 8-week pre- and post-surgery program for individuals with endometriosis. The program integrates expert-led care from pelvic health physiotherapists, gynaecologists, pain specialists, psychologists, dietitians, and nurses, focusing on holistic support in areas such as pain management, nutrition, movement, mental wellbeing, sleep, and community connection. Designed to complement clinical care, the app-based platform aims to reduce surgical anxiety, minimize complications, and improve recovery outcomes. The program is aligned with clinical guidelines including RANZCOG’s Australian Clinical Practice Guidelines for endometriosis and is co-designed with patients and clinicians.
