EMG analysis and EMG biofeedback training are already among the most promising developments in sports medicine and training science. myoact offers the most important elements for implementing EMG in its own service portfolio as a package solution. Sports physicians, therapists and trainers receive sensor hardware paired with the in-house analysis & biofeedback training app and are guided through a three-stage training program. In the myoact community, an interdisciplinary exchange of expertise is also promoted and one-on-one support from the founders and EMG experts is also part of the license package. The myoact EMG Fundamentals courses provide an initial comprehensive insight into the application possibilities of EMG. In this one-day classroom seminar, all the basics of EMG, muscle physiology, the mind-muscle connection and the myoact application theory are explained.
