NIUM is a spin-off of the University of Luxembourg created in 2019 with the mission of bringing digital personalized nutrition to the consumers' world, using metabolic modeling as an approach. To do so, NIUM is developing the Nutrida platform, a highly innovative digital platform that creates an ecosystem where testing laboratories, online supermarkets, and users are all connected with the aim of boosting health and expanding economic areas, all through balanced nutrition.NIUM has been awarded the competitive Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR) JUMP programme (open to all research domains), to unlock the full potential of our technology and is part of the 2020Â Lausanne-Hub EIT Food Acceleration Network cohort. Furthermore, NIUM is currently working with various multinational companies in the food sector to analyze data from clinical trials of individuals trying different product formulations.
