ONIRY is an innovative, patented system designed to diagnose perinatal anal sphincter injuries (OASIS, obstetric anal sphincter injuries) in women giving birth by force. ONIRY consists of a specially designed endoanal probe (ONIRY Probe), an impedance spectrometer (ONIRY Spectrometer), and a built-in analytical module based on machine learning methods for interpreting the test result. The measurement technology used in ONIRY is based on the impedance spectroscopy method. Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence methods, ONIRA's diagnostics will allow rapid detection of injury and immediate implementation of appropriate treatment (the entire examination takes less than 1 minute), regardless of the experience of personnel and poor availability of endoanal ultrasonography, which remains the gold standard diagnostic tool in such cases.
