Founded in 2015 as a patient navigation platform, Orderly Health built a text-powered, B2C concierge chatbot to answer everyday healthcare questions. Our purpose was to connect data partners across the healthcare ecosystem. In the process, we saw a challenge in the industry with provider data being flawed and downright bad. Together, with our customers, we could do better for patients. That’s why in 2019, Orderly Health pivoted its business model to focus on improving the accuracy and reliability of provider directories for healthcare organizations. Our north star is to make healthcare human, by creating a more connected healthcare ecosystem through data and technology. Today, we empower payers, providers, and health tech companies to take control of their provider data through reliable, automated solutions.
