Together with their R&D partners, Pulse Medical has been pioneering the key algorithm of quantitative flow ratio (QFR), the fast computation methodology of fractional flow reserve (FFR) from multiple imaging data. Their products including the computed tomography based FFR (CT-QFR), angiography-based FFR solution (QFR in first generation, μFR in 2nd generation) and intracoronary IVUS or OCT-based FFR (UFR, OFR) have been commercialized.
