Redbird is working to improve convenient health care in Ghana. I am leading the work to develop a technology platform that leverages rapid diagnostic test data so people can better manage chronic disease risk factors. This is critical work as diabetes, heart disease, and other conditions are on the rise. At Redbird we are bringing these tests to local pharmacies to improve access, providing training necessary for pharmacies to expand their role in heath care, and supplying a technology solution that puts the resulting medical data in a context that dramatically increases the value of the patient visit and test.
