Ruh is a mindfulness app for Muslims that integrates contemporary clinical psychology techniques with the Islamic tradition. Designed to help make mental health support accessible to the 1.8 billion people in the global Muslim community experiencing mental health challenges to live happier & more meaningful lives. We curate a personalized user experience where users get access to guided meditative exercises, calming vocal tracks, emotion-specific Quranic recitations and much more. Our vision is to help improve the mental and spiritual well-being of the world. We are aiming to help students, busy professionals and everyday users like you and I, increase our levels of happiness and mental well-being, through mindfulness, through Ruh.
