Shape.Care provides a therapeutic and diagnostic system consisting of a mobile and web application supported by artificial intelligence models and image analysis for physiotherapy and rehabilitation. The developed system allows to keep a patient's chart with a history of visits (medical records) along with an analysis of the patient's results based on the mobile device's camera image. The system analyzes the ranges of joint mobility, the correctness and number of repetitions/movements of a given exercise, and analyzes the correctness of verticalization of disabled patients (neurological problems, orthopedic problems and diseases in children, e.g.: MPD, SMA, etc.). In addition, AI algorithms analyze the results and give recommendations on the subject of recommendations or exercises performed on the part of the physiotherapist as well as the patient because the application also works outside the office in the patient's home.
