Syntopia is a Paris-based biotech developing a hybrid AI–microfluidic platform to predict the mode of action of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Our 3D co-culture devices integrate the tumor microenvironment to map ADC penetration, killing and bystander effects spatially. By coupling proprietary wet-lab data with physics-informed AI, we accelerate ADC design while reducing reliance on animal models.
