We have developed an innovative solution for making appointments with peer caregivers (selected and trained*) to serve patients. Via our platform, Tomo facilitates access to information, peer support, and helps patients gain autonomy and break the isolation linked to illness . Exchanges take place by video, telephone or face-to-face in a secure and anonymous manner. Tomo also offers training* and support for peer helpers. A communication tool allowing peer helpers to communicate with each other and with the Tomo team at any time is made available.
