Care Connected was created after a decade working in various models of cancer care and collaborating with researchers and experts in specialist fields. We saw there was a strong desire for an improved service – one that was more accessible, more time efficient, and more cost-effective. Most importantly we wanted to make our services available to Australians everywhere, whether they live in Sydney’s CBD, or Kalgoorlie.
